No... a sociopath. A psychopath just has paranoia.
The sociopath seeks a new identity, hating their own self. Denying reality into religion, culture, politics, food and sexual abuse. They hate the child they once were (like Muslim converts rabidly hating the culture from which they came) to the new images of themselves. They know each other well: the priest that dines off handouts, the politician who gets backhands, the homosexuals who clap hands on every child's mind (can't reproduce any other way).
